Council Mutual Exchange Wanted!!!!!!!!!!!
I am advertising the Council owned 3 bedroom Semi-Detached House, Its in a quiet area and is quite close to a big Neighbourhood centre that houses Council Offices, Doctors Surgery, Dentists, Chiropodist, Citizens Advice Bureau, and a few little shops as well, there is also bus stops close by as well. The nearest main line supermarket is probably 10 minutes by bus at the most.
The House its self is a typical Council property and comprises of a fair sized front room with a bay window over looking the small grass patch thats out the front of the house and also looks out on to the road that the house is in. The other rooms on the ground floor are the Kitchen which again is a nice size and has space for a table and chairs if required and two of the three windows in the kitchen look out into the garden, Adjoining the kitchen is a small utility room which has a tall storage cupboard in it and a downstairs toilet and the Back Door leads from the Utility Room into the Garden.
The garden is mainly concrete with a medium sized patch of grass at the top of the garden, The Garage was constructed by a previous tenant but I don't know how long ago that was, it has been kitted out for more use as a work shop than as a car garage with cupboards and benches fitted round the sides.
Upstairs there is 3 Bedrooms, 2 could be used as Double sized and the third is a boxed room but is ideal for a child on their own, there is also another bathroom with toilet and handwash basin in as well.
The Majority of the house is in a Good decrative condition with the exception of one of the Bedrooms but I will probably end up painting that one anyway.
There is a shared drive at the side of the house but the bit that opens out into the rear yard has been fenced/barricaded off by a previous tenant so that would need sorting if you wanted to put your car in the back as the main aprt of the gateway doesn't open at all except for a normal walk through gateway. The drive can not be blocked as its used regularly by the neighbours.
I am unsure as to how much the Rent and the Council Tax is as we are on Housing and Council Tax Benefit but i could find out if anyone wants to know
