I have a two bedroom ground floor maisonette with own back garden. Double patio doors open out onto patio into medium sized garden. Situated in town centre of hemel hempstead, in a quiet close. No through passing traffic, very quiet.Permit parking with one allocated space. Only eight units in close! only a few years old, well decorated with wood flooring in hall and second bedroom. Large kitchen/dinner, large living room and good size bathroom. only one upper chain. Very sunny and light throughout the entire day. Low bills due to great insulation, hardly needed the heating in the winter and we have it off through spring and summer.
