we are really looking for a garden and have spent alot of money on this flat as it is all done up as we spent enough money on a brandnew kitchen units

council is going to put in a brandnew bath suit very soon too

hi we have great country walks and plenty of things to do

i live on a estate but its not a big estate as its very very quite and really nice neighbors lots of private property around

country views from the windows also we are using it as a 3 bedroom at the mo as well 2 floor building has 6 flats in my block the estate is really small which is in the centre of lots of private housing around and quite too

very large storage room can be used as a bedroom as we have used it for this for a while its very big although no window in the room

very short walking distance to town center and the shopping center within a 1 minute walk, has lots of schools nearby walking distance

very sought after area and quite with nice neighbors
