house swap

i am currently living in a 2 bedroomed house in the lower broughton area of salford and would like an exchange to a 3 bedroomed house in the same area. my house has been recently decorated and all carpets and wood floors are in good condition. i have a nice sized back garden with lovely views over the river and peel park.
the street i live in is a lovely and friendly little cul de sac with large grassed areas for children to play in the summer.
theres a small play park close by and also right next to peel park also.
close by to local ameneties including local shop, supermarket, hairdressers and barbers, bus stops into salford shopping city and manchester arndale.
