hi i have a very nice three bedroomed flat on the second floor in a low rise block. i only have 1 neighbour. my home has recently been decorated through out with laminate flooring in 3 rooms. i have also had a new kitchen a bathroom with an over bath shower. there is a communinal garden out back which is very big and hardly used by the other tenants. there is off road parking outside.
