this is a two bedroom bungalow with large passage. front and rear access. two good sized gardens front and back. this property has a bath not shower. one small bedroom and one double bedroom. the kitchen is a good size as is the front room. this is a quite area with a wonderful atmosphere. in the winter the smell of the chimneys is so nostalgic! this property has radiators which they are heated by a park ray fire. there is a family with young children here but on the whole the residents are mature in years with varying ages but kiddies do play around the garages sometimes. there are some wonderful walks here good for dogs or just nature trails with a green upon which you may picnic or have a game of footy. a primary school is situated just a stones throw fom the swifts and a church is located near by also. there is a bus service which will take you into wellington just two miles up the road. down the way is a village called milverton there they have a shop which does sell newspapers. four miles in the other direction is wiveliscombe which boasts of having a beacon school called kingsmead. there are shops and pubs in wiveliscombe, but if it is a homely country pub you require then the martlett pub in langford budville is really worth a visit. its superb! all in all a wonderful place to live.
