I'm right behind the main high road where there is plenty of shops. Butchers, greengrocers, fish market, food shops, Asda and Iceland. Tesco within 5 minutes walk. Across the road from a retail park with B&Q, TK Max, Card factory, Currys, Asda Living, Iceland warehouse, wilko and more. Schools both primary and secondary in walking distance. Local collage too. Doctors and dentist are plenty still within 5 minutes walk. Chemist on high road and across from doctors. I'm ground floor with garden I've just finished decking and grassing. Parking outside but need permit. 3 bedroom large medium and small. Small has double bed and cupboards in it. New electric wiring,double glazing. Hot water/central heating system. Bathroom newly done too.kitchen 2 years old. Playschool across the road. As well as my own garden there is a large community garden/grounds for children. All security gated off.
