Not asking much but our much loved flat is a beautifully appointed 2 bed home, with big big bright bedrooms, a large sunny lounge and shared garden view from kitchen. The mature, cultivated and maintained garden is a lovely, lively suntrap.
I love this flat-perfectly situated for river Esk, beach, lagoons and National Trust walks while only minutes from the proverbial high street that has everything from Holland & Barrett to artisan deli's and not just a few 'charity' shops, coffee houses and restaurants. Then of course proximity to schools, QMU, with bus and train transport links to everywhere. So why do we want to think about moving? Short answer= don't but for health issues so considering moving closer to friends and family support network. Although well kept and in excellent order, the flat is due for Council upgrades - which has prompted serious consideration for a potential move. Must be by coast, with a garden, preferably Port Seton, possibly Longniddry. 3 way considered?
