I currently have a 2 bedroom flat in a popular area of Aberdeen, close to the outskirts so easy to get on the bypass but also outside a main bus route for commutes into town. My flat has a veranda that I have decorated really nicely, so its nice to sit out on even when its raining - ideal for drying clothes!
The 2 bedrooms are decent size, both have a built in cupboards for storage. There is also a decent sized cupboard in the hallway & also a cellar outside the door.
The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.
The kitchen has lots of deep cupboards.
The close has a security door to enter & big shared back garden, but my flat also has its own patch at the side of the tenement.
There are no parking spaces, its on street parking but its quiet enough & my close has lovely neighbours.
Needing a move to be near to my family & because of a job opportunity. I can't commute from Aberdeen for it without having childcare so would really appreciate being closer. Thanks!
