I have a beautiful new build 2 bedroom apartment in Warrington (Great Sankey) which was built 3 years ago in June, there are 10 apartments here on 2 floors situated in a private quite close. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe room attached, the 2nd bedroom is a good sized too or can be used as an office. I have a new grey tiled bathroom that has a shower and bath and a small utility room. The kitchen I have just had tiled, an extractor fan has been fitted as well as under cupboard lighting. As I’m on the first floor I also benefit from a full sized private attic that covers the whole of my apartment so there is plenty of storage space and there is also private parking spaces here. The apartment is fitted with perfect fit blinds in every window which cost over a £1000 which I will be leaving behind. There is a park right next to where I live too which is great for the summer or taking the pets out. Local supermarkets - Lidl, Aldi and Iceland - 1 mile away, KFC is a 5 min walk , Town centre - 15 min walk, Dr’s and hospital - 1.5 mile and 2 x Train stations - 15 min walk to Warrington bank quay and 20 mins walk to Warrington central. I'm looking for another new build 2 bed apartment, close by to Manchester city centre in the M3, M5, M14 & M15 areas (other areas of Manchester considered within 10-15mins of the city centre) Serious swappers only please and no time wasters as I’m looking to move ASAP to be closer to work, family and friends.
