2 Bedroom swap to 3 bedroom house

I live in a ground floor 2 bedroom flat, its nearby to the town centre, local shops and schools. The area is perfect but due to circumstances with my daughter, we are having to get her, her own bedroom and move closer to a school that can cater to her needs. The flat itself needs a little bit of decorating in the bathroom and kitchen but the other rooms are good sizes aswell as the size of the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are on the smaller sides. There is space out front and around the flats where people like to take their animals, the hallways are cleaned regularly and there are communal washing lines and a large bin shed for the flats to use.
