very spacious 2 bed flat for swap please help

i have got a very spacious 2 bedroom flat that i want to exchange as ive lived here and want a fresh start. my flat has two very reasonable size double bedrooms but can hold a king size bed in each with plenty of speace for other things ie wardrobes tv. both are carpeted. there is a very nice fitted kitchen again the kitchen is a very larege size ( every womans dream kitchen if you live in a council place lol ) the kitchen is roughly 16 foot by 14 foot (i am in the proceeds of putting in a breakfast bar) there is room for all the essentials washer dryer fridge freezer and dish washer there is also room for a table and four chairs, with ample amount of space for cooking in. there is a lot of work surfaces which is to a very reasonable standard. the kitchen its self is less than 3 years old and in very good condition. the living room again is very spacious and is roughly 16 foot by 12 foot is decorated to a reasonable standard decor is of neatral colour scheme the batheroom is seperate to the toilet there is a bath with over head shower of which is very nice as the hot water comes from a combination boiler decor again to a very nice standard with mosiac tiles covering 3 walls and the forth wall is neatral colours. toilet is next door to the bathroom and is very clean all white suit in both toilet and bathroom there is plenty of storage space throughout the flat which could be made of very good use the flat is a first floor flat there are 10 steps to go up but are not steep there is a veranda outside next to the front door with a gaurd rail for safetythe flat is all on one level so the only stairs to go up are the steps leading to the flat itself the area is a council housing and flat complex estate of a reasonable place to live if you would ,like to know anymore abhout my flat please dont hesitate to ask thank you
