I have a spacious 2 bed house in a quiet grove in rubery, it has 2 large bedrooms a separate bathroom/toilet and is fully double glazed/central heated. At the front of the house is a large driveway, big enough to fit two cars, at the end of the grove is a bus stop which takes you into the City centre and Rubery village. The house is situated opposite the Wasley hills which over looks the Wocestershire countryside and is 10 minutes away from the Licky Hills. I am looking to exchange to a 3 bed house, and would consider any area.
