We have a delightful 2 bedroomed ground floor flat, in a very quiet, tucked away part of Brentwood. There are woods directly behind us with a fishing lake and nice walks. There are only 18 flats in the block, and there is private off road parking and a communal garden with washing lines. Less than 50 paces away there is a grocer/newsagents shop. Also, only a 10 minute walk away there is a Fish and Chip/Chinese take away, another Grocer, a Chemist and a Post Office. There is a regular bus service to Brentwood and Billericay/Basildon. The high street is only a 15/20 minute walk. We only want to move because we would like a garden as we are wanting to add a Dog to our family.
