this is a 2 bed mid terrace home situated in the Wilcombe part of Tiverton it has a small front garden along with a fair sized back garden and shed it has a large front bedroom big enough for a superking sized bed with still plenty of room the second bedroom is smaller but with a built in cupboard/wardrobe it has a large kitchen with plenty of room for a large family sized table along with upstairs family bathroom and front living room .There is a community centre behind us and local primary schoolwith foundation unit and adjoining nursery to the back a local shop is at the end of the street and a bus stop to each end with bus to town running regularly . The town is a 15 min walk away and the grand western canal is also a short walk.
