have got 3 bed we need a 2 bed

We have a 3 bed grd flr maisonette in basildon essex it has garden front/back close to buses local shops large park accross the road also close to southend chelmsford etc it is clean but not decorated this is due to council demolishtion of estate to build new houses apartments as this estate is from the 60s you will get disturbance money of up to £5000 plus new property when built they have now started on the roads and foundations of the 1st phase so you will have to move again in about 2/3 yrs if anyone is interested we do need a 2 bed bungalow or grd flr property in any area but not london
