This flat is close to a secondary school, a primary school and pre school. Although it is on link road the way the flats are situated you are not bothered by the main road as this flat is at the back, there is off road parking at the back of the flat which you can get to through central avenue. The neighbours are very friendly and i am only moving for personal reasons.

It is about a 3 minute walk from a convenience shop, chicken and chip shop and a doctors. There is also a post office about a 5 minute walk in the other direction next to a park.

The flat itself has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a lounge that is large enough for a table in it wit a hatch through to the kitchen. the bathroom doesnt have a shower but im sure one could be fitted, i just prefer baths!

There are also two large storage cupboards, one is fully shelved.
