2 bed f/f flat with communal garden hardly ever used - Lots of room for barbecues. Mixed private and council flats in quiet area close to
buses to Southend. 3 bus stops away from rail station to London/Liverpool St. and high street. Both double bedrooms and all nice sized rooms. Decorated in neutral colours. Schools not far and local shops all within walking distance.
