hi i have a 3 bed semi
we have a good sized living room with coal fire, good sized kitchen with room for a table and chairs leading to a downstairs w/c, under stairs storage area and acsses to a medium sized garden which then wraps around to the front of the house. beautifull views of the town and the marlborough downs.
upstairs we have a double, large single and a small single room, bathroom with walk in shower, acsses to large loft storage space which alot of neighbours have converted into a 4th bedroom.

cherry orchard is a no through road so no traffic very safe for kiddies and pets. we are situated close to both the secondary and primary schools both are outstanding. our neighbours up and down the street are all lovely.
a 10min walk down town we have a post office, supermarket, libary, pubs and coffee shops, 2 churches, boutique and craft shops aswel as usual butchers grocers ect.
marlborough is a famous market town the market is held twice a week.
its a great community area
me and my children love it here but need to be closer to family in london
