3 BED HSE (SEMI) IN DAGENHAM FOR 3/4 BED HSE ANYWHERE CONSIDERED

We have a 3 bed semi which has a walk in shower room insted of a bathroom and is newly tiled, this is situated downstairs. It has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, a medium sized lounge nicely decorated, a smallish kitchen and a nice size hallway with a cloack cuboard. The front garden is big enough to have a decent size drive built at the moment it is all lawn and paths. The back garden has its own entrance leading to the front garden and it is of a small to medium size with concrete at the top of the garden ready for a large shed or summer house. It is permit parking which at first seems like a pain but you dont ever have trouble parking outside your own house. Nice quite nieghbours,only 5 min walk to Heathway shops and tube station, hail and ride buses anywhere down our road. Also close to schools and parks. Never seen any trouble here as it is well patroled by local police . Only been here for 9 months so decorating is still ongoing but due to growing family it is just too small for us.
