This is a 2 bedroom home which has been decorated to a good standard. It has a fair sized back garden with a patio area and the rest is lawned with an area for a shed. The garden has a side access gate with an area penned and gated off which we currently use for the dogs. It has a fair sized lounge leadin to a kitchen diner which has recently been decorated. The master bedroom located at the front of the house is a good size with the second bedroom at the back. The bathroom has also been recently decorated and has had a new bath installed. There is a fairly large garden to the front which is all lawned and has its own driveway for off road parking. The house is located in a small close and is quiet. This house is within a short walking distance from local shops/takeaways/hairdressers/schools/nursery/post office/supermarket/bus stop etc and is also only a 20 minute walk away from the town centre. A 2 bedroom house would be considered for swap if it is a larger 2 bed.
