Large Lounge and three quarter tiled bathroom with white bathroom furniture. The garden is big and for own use, partly paved and remainder is lawn. Alresford is a small village just outside Colchester. We live in a small close with only 12 maisonettes. Pleasant and quiet area. Close to train, bus route and shops including post office. Primary School is less than 5 mins walk.
