i have a two bed sunny flat in clerkenwell(ec1)(south islington) just off st.john st and am looking for a 2 bedroom in central brighton or hove,my flat has sash windows(modern)with 2 to each room on sunny side, floorboards, new kitchen(white with beach effect worktops)and new bathroom(shower over bath)in white with white tiling,there are security gates to this small block, a communal park/garden and yard, it also has congestion zone residents discount and is 1 min to waitrose and tescos, nearest tube (10mins quick walk)is farringdon on circle line.30mins strole to covent garden and less to the river thames and 20mins strole to shoreditch.its a lovely flat and a great location!
