Second living room, "dinning room/computer room", 9ft 8in by 9ft.

Bathroom, 6ft 3in by 5ft 2in.
Landing, 9ft by 8ft.
Master bedroom, 14ft 8in by 12ft 3in.
2nd bedroom, 14ft 8in by 9ft.
3rd bedroom, 8ft 9in by 8ft.
We also have had the loft made accessible with a good fold away ladder and floor boards throughout and two strip lights fitted, it is perfect for storage and you can stand up fully in most of it.

Private garden to the rear is 50ft by 25ft at its biggest point, with a brick shed for storage...very useful.
We have large hallway leading to the living room at the front of the house,the living room is freshly painted and laminated.
To the rear we have the kitchen and the dinning room which we use as a office/computer room...which is also freshly painted and laminated.
Up the stairs (newly carpeted 2009) we have a spacious landing great for storage leading to 3 bedrooms and the bathroom and separate toilet.

We have also had the loft converted suitable for storage fitted with a new opening and drop down ladder with floor boards throughout, with two 5ft strip lights for great lighting, very easy to access and very useful for storage etc...
All the windows are double glazed.
We also have a drive at the front of the house for 2 cars.
We live in a lovely neighbourhood close to shops and schools.
