I have a 2 bed, ground floor maisonette in a cul-de-sac in Little Waltham Chelmsford and I am looking for a mutual exchange to a property the other side of town. I am looking to move as close to Moulsham Infants school as possible.

I have my own front door and driveway with space for 2 cars. The lady above me has her door and driveway the other side of the building. The only thing that we share is the garden which she rarely uses and has a shed in that is for my use. I have lived here for approx 2.5 years and I have only seen the lady upstairs twice.

Little Waltham is a lovely area with lots of fields near by whilst still only being 5 miles from the centre of Chelmsford and an even shorter drive to the A12, Springfield, Boreham and Great Waltham. There are golf courses, churches, doctors, playing fields, a park, school, play school, mother and toddler group, pubs and a sports hall all within a few minutes’ walk from my home.

This really is a lovely area and property and the only reason I want to move is to try and get my son into Moulsham infant’s school when he starts as my mum looks after him while I work and she can only pick up from Moulsham as she is a childminder. This is the only reason we want to swap.
