I have a one bed flat in Lee Chapel North, a very nice and quiet area of Basildon. I have new double glazing, combi boiler, radiators and electrics. I also have a very modern kitchen. I am upper ground floor with a shared garden with security entrance doors. I have great neighbours and have lived here for over 10 years but I need to move now as I am pregnant. I have a fitted wardrobe with storage above it. There are 2 cupboards in the hall for storage and one outside where the old water tanks were so there is plenty of storage. The whole flat has recently been decorated and I would be willing to leave all the blinds and the floating shelves behind if required. Although there is no electric shower, since I had the combi boiler fitted I have had a shower 'over the taps' which is very good and powerful and easy to use.
The garden is a shared garden but I am the only one that really uses it, I have pots out there to grow food in and no one touches them.
