This flat has been lovingly cared for, by us for the passed twelve years and is only due to my bad health that we need to move nearer my carer. The lounge has laminate flooring and can be used as a lounge/diner due to its large size of 21ft by11.5ft. We have just decorated before christmas, in very light colours. The second bedroom, also has laminate flooring, measuring, 20ft by 7.5ft, the main bedroom is 20ft by 11.5ft with double glazing throughout.
The kitchen was refitted about a year ago, very tastefully with a green theame, it can use both gas and electric, with space for an upright fridge/feezer.
The bathroom has not long been turned into a wet-room, with a fold away seat, if needed. There is a large storage cupboard, just behind the front door, measuring about 7.5ft by 4ft, and a large cupboard, that we store bedding etc, with three shelves in and one in the bathroom, with the hot water tank in, but still a little space for storage.
There is a storage cupboard in the blocks passage, which can be used by any of the four of us here. There is a security speaker phone entry system to get in. I have my own disabled parking space, right outside.
The local shops and train station, which is five minutes away, a two minute walk will take you to Beach green and the bus stops to Worthing, one way and Shoreham the other, both trips being about six minutes away.
Although this is classed as being on an estate, it is not a well known one, seeing as it was built in the early eightys, it is very quiet, with friendly neighbours and not a lot of trouble, it is very rare to have any noise from the children, even in the summer.
