I have a 2 bed low rise flat we are on the second floor there is private parking area but no allocated spaces there is room for 2 cars per flat nice size living room (16' x 12')i have a 2 and 3 seater sofa a dinning table and a dresserin there at the moment slim but long kitchen lots of cupboard space, the larger bed room (9.5 x 9.5') has a double built in wardrobe. the room currently holds a bunk bed and all the childrens toys and chest of drawers, the smaller room (6.5' x 9.5') has a single built in wardrobe, and currently houses a double bed a 3 door wardrobe and a book case! this is just to give you an idea of size. There is a window in every room except the bathroom.There is a large cupboard in the hall way and also an airing cupboard, spacious bathroom wall mounted mirror and wood flooring, we have easy to get along with neighbours and friendly. The Flat it situated right next to the river so is lovely in summer to take a walk along side it there is a park a 5 min walk away and a pub about 10mins away also the town centre is onlt about 10 min walk too, there is a train station a bus station and a supermarket there which is helpful if you do not drive lakeside is a short bus ride away or a 5 min car journey.
