2 bed ground floor flat needs 3/4 bed house

I have a two bedroom ground floor flat it is in a three story block of flats most of which is privately rented. There is a garden at the back, the flat consists of a living room two bedrooms a bathroom/tiolet and a kitchen.Two mins walk to the nearest tube station and a 5 min walk to the high street. There are plenty of schools to choose from and we are 10 mins away from a large park.
