my house is situated in a nice close which is safe for children to play,i am surronded by woodlands which is nice if you have a dog to go on nice walks i am very close to the river ,bus stop 1 minute away which takes you to either canada water staion or bermondsey station underground and within 10 minutes you are in city i.e london.i have excellant neighbours who i will surely miss when i move.i have a nice back garden with veiw of canary wharf which is lovely in the summer evenings,the sun is in my garden for first thing in the morning so lovely to have a sunbath and then from 3 oclock the sun is out the front.i have a large lounge with dining table and chairs,my white fitted kit.chen was put in 6 months ago which is white and black worktops i have a downstairs toilet which is good for when you have friends round cos no one has to go upstairs.its a nice house and well worth looking at
