The local area has a school, park and woods, with the beach on Mersea Island about 20 mins away. It is a quiet area with local shops, a bus service and is about 10 mins from town.

We are looking for a similar property in Prettygate/Stanway/Lexden/Wivenhoe or surrounding areas. It must have own garden.
