i want to move to any area in west wales

i have a two bedroom house in the fairwater area of cardiff, 1 big bedroom 1 medium sized bedroom, the kitchen & bathroom has just been done out.
large living room.
out house with 2 separate rooms.
large back garden.

i would like 2 move 2 west wales, cardigan, newcastle emlyn or cenarth mainly but all other areas considered, i want to be closer to my mum as she's ill and its a pain goin back an for all the time lol.
i want a 3 bedroom house as i have 2 kids but id move 2 a two bedroom if it felt right for me.
