3 bedroom macenat in Woolwich for 3 bedroom house in EAST LONDON

I live in a large 3 bedroom, second floor maisonette. It has lots of space. It has toilet and bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The whole house got wooden flooring on all rooms. their is a big living room downstair with entrance to small balcony, and a big balcony ( similar to a garden) upstairs. There is access to lift/stairs and double security door in that property on the entrance . The property is situated in a quiet location with lots of grass and greenery. There are no parking restrictions. We are close to local shops, schools, buses, surgery and walking distance to plumstead common shops. It takes 5 min by bus to Woolwich Town centre for other routes . 
I am looking for a 3 bedroomed house in E1 to ilford or in the surrounding areas.
