3bed house, lowestoft, suffolk. near beach, exchange for house in warrington central

i live in lowestoft, near norwich. close to the beach. i have a 3bedroom property, all lovely decorated, marble floors downstairs and in the toilet and bathroom, a large garden, new patio, and big grass space. downstairs have a lounge, dining room and kitchen. the only reason i want to move is because i have family in warrington, if i could take this house with me i would, its gorgeous. unfortunately i cant. its had alot of money spent throughout. the marble floors throughout the ground floor, cost 2000pound, if not more.
