3 bedroom semi with dining room n laundry room own drive

i have a 3 bedroom semi with big front garden and own drive upstairs has 3 bedrooms bathroom with shower bath and toilet down stairs has living room, dinning room, kitchen with new kitchen fitted, also a laundry room and another toilet in the dining room there is double slideing doors leading to a large back garden, in the laundry room there is a back door leading to side of house witch takes you to the front garden aswell as the back garden. the house is all newley decorated in the last 2 months so its ready to move in straight away. nothing needs to be done, i will leave all carpets and laminate flooring and also i will leave the fire and the fire surround witch is marble the house is realy nice and so is the area its very quiet even at weekends there is no gangs that hang out round here i would stay here myself but need a fresh start away from exs so i dont keep bumping in2 them when i go shopping i would love a house sort of the same but i dont need a dining room or a loundry room but if you got them that would be fine i do need a back garden big enough for 3 kids to play in, anywhere considered, but would love runcorn if not somwhere about 25 miles away would be ok,it has to be a 3 bedroom or more thanks i do not want liverpool or warrington
