nice area, big huge football pitch right accross from house, ideal if have a dog or cat or just simply enjoy a nice walk along the canal possibly, nice neighbours and quiet area.

i am looking for somewhere bigger as my kids stay at weekends and my girlfriends thinking about moving in, simply not enough space.
looking for larger 1 bedroom although would prefer 2, must have a garden flats not considered unfortunately.
