I have a lovely semi on a quiet rd in Earley, most of the houses are privately owned now! There is no neighbour to the left as the houses go round the bend.. this house had rtb large back garden and front garden that I have permission to turn into a drive. All the rooms in the house are large, kitchen is good size for dinner etc.... Both beds are double and have built in wardrobes! Good sized cupboards upstairs and down, parking! Huge shed! Bus stop at the end of the rd on silverdale rd as this is not a main rd. Local schools are lodden, maiden erliegh and another primary school next to that! There's newsagents, hairdressers, laundrette a boots pharmacy etc about 5 min walk. Out on the main rd there is Earley train station and dentist, doctors etc. I really love it here but due to the age difference of my boys the elder one will need his own space to study etc, so I will need an extra room off some sort, welcome to view, thanks
