hi i am looking for someone with a 2 bed house in poppleton or clifton moor to complete a multi swap. other areas maybe considered. the rest of the swap is all set up and we are ready to move asap. the swap could be completed as quick as 4 weeks. i have a 3 bed house in sherburn in elmet in a lovely quiet cul de sac right down at the bottom of the estate next to fields. only people who come down this end live here. really nice neighbours. we have enjoyed living here. i am moving around the corner to my friends house as she has a dining room i can use as a 4th bedroom. my house has a large double drive with enclosed lawned area to the front. enclosed small/medium sized lawned and patio back garden all enclosed with gate on the side. decent size lounge and large kitchen diner. upstairs is a bathroom with shower over bath. 3 bedrooms and large storage cupboard. the kitchen and bathroom are due to be modernised and refurbished within the next 2 years. all nicely decorated, clean and tidy. we are a 5min walk up to school and 10mins in sherburn main street where you will find everything you need. you can catch buses to most places from there too.sherburn also has a train station which is 10min walk in the other direction to york and meadow hall. there is a train station in south milford which go to alot more destinations. really lovely area. plenty of parks and actitivities/clubs for kids
