Hi i have a ground floor 2 bedroom flat both double bradnew fitted bathroom and kitchen lovely neighbours, green area outside used by tenants in the summer walk dogs bbq kids play (although theres only 3 in block)washing line private area. private (free) carpark lovely car taker who cleans the block daily. local school next door litrally 2 mins close to busstops tube and 24 hours tesco, gp and dentist.
local park just down the road although 10 min walk from alexandra palace.
wanting to move as really want a private garden, or i wouldnt move otherwise.
