Large three bedroom place looking to move to Kent most areas considered

I live surrounded by woodlands, close to all towns and 30min from the city of london. My post code is SE London but I do come under the Bexley Borough. Have a wonderful splash park and park which is great for the kids in summer, have a lot of fields surrounding my home too.

I have a large three bedroom flat all double rooms, with ample of storage inside and outside, it has a balcony, I am on the top floor (3rd floor) there is only two in my building that are rented all others are privately owned. The estate also mainly provately owned. It is an estate but has a great local community.

I am looking for a three bedroom house, preferbaly with dinning room and garden in and around Kent; I work in London so the travelling can not be too far.
