ESSEX TO NORFOLK
We have a three bedroom semi-detached house with gas central heating. It is five minutes from the beach, the lounge is a really good size with french doors out into a securely fenced back garden. The kitchen is a good size as is the downstairs wc. There is a storage cupboard under the stairs in the front room and another at the top of the stairs. Two of the bedrooms are double and there is one single. The upstairs bathroom is also a really decent size and there is a shower over the bath. We have a drive at the side of the house which is within easy walking distance of the town, shops, bus stops and the railway station which is the main line to London. The parks, skate park and swimming pool is also within walking distance and the ferry is two minutes by car. The schools are also within easy walking distance. We are twenty minutes from Colchester and Clacton on Sea and Ipswich. The house is situated on a no-through road and we have one direct next door neighbour. We need a house with a downstairs wc and a securely fenced back garden. A dining room would be a bonus.
