2 bed in brighton for 3 bed/larger 2. Most sussex areas considered

Hi there.
We have a 2 bedroom terraced house in newick road, Moulsecoomb. Despite the general reputation of the area, we are in a quiet road with pleasant neighbours and have never had ANY problems at all.
Our house is fully double glazed with gas central heating and hot water on a combi boiler which was fitted in 2007.
Lovely sized secure garden with patio.
We have one double bedroom and one small single.
Huge loft which would be ideal for conversion.
Kitchen and Bathroom have been approved by the council for replacement by april 2009, although the ones we have now are perfectly functional.
House in general good state of repair with neutral decor throughout.

We need a 3 bed, or 2 bed with room to make 3rd sleeping area - eg a seperate diner or large bedroom.

Looking for all areas of Brighton and surrounding - Moulsecoomb, Woodingdean, Bevendean, Hollingdean etc,
Hove Portslade or Hangleton,
Worthing and surrounding (lancing, sompting etc)
Shoreham, Burgess Hill, Sayers common etc etc. If your area isn't here just ask!

Sorry but we are not interested in Peacehaven, Seaford, Newhaven, or Eastbourne.
