Petrol station, garage, parkland, pubs, newsagents, hairdressers, post office, takeway's and many more shops in walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the road (100 metres) where a bus runs to the City Centre every 10 minutes.

I'm tired of living in the city now, so I'm looking for an exchange somewhere near the coast and will consider almost anywhere as long as its got the basics... water, electricity, sea and sand
