I have a nice 2 bed house,not far from St Andrews,Edinburgh,Dundee,etc.also not far from some lovely beaches.There are front and back gardens,which are tidy.Greenhouse and brick shed in back garden.We are close to all amenities,(walking distance),but not to close.We had G/C/H,and D/G installed only 4 yrs ago,and also have right to buy,from local council.Nice neighbours. I am looking for similar in Tyne and Wear/Sunderland areas. Must have a garden. No flats please.
