house exchange

we have a lovely spacious three bedroomed house. DOWNSTAIRS... the living room is long with plenty of space for a dinning room table and chairs, the kitchen is a good size with room for smaller table and chairs, the back door opens into a large back garden, the front garden is small - medium. UPSTAIRS... there is two double bedrooms and the third is a single, the bathroom and toilet are seperate at the moment but are being converted into one room and a shower is being put above the bath.
the neighbours on both sides are quiet and really friendly, shop is just down the road as is the park and local primary school.
