Beautiful Brighton victorian 2 double bed with garden near sea want swap to Kennington preferably

I have a really nice 2 double bedroom maisonette council property in Brighton near the sea. Most have been bought up as location is excellent.
Its a property with my own street/front door leading up my stairs to everything that is on one level.
I have my own garden and a Patio above garden. Patio big enough for table and chairs Always very hot and sunny in summer.
Really nice for BBQ and get togethers.
My kitchen is really big with the utility room next that leads to my garden trough my backdoor down some stairs.
There is a platform/balcony right outside my back door where you can sit as well.
The bathroom and utility room is newly decorated, tiles walls and flooring.
All other rooms are in good decorative order.

I also have a large loft above thats as big as the property so lots of storage.
There is nobody above me and it has the feel of a house.
I am in a quiet street but close to everything literally. My neighbours are really nice as well but mind their own buisness.

I am 10 minutes walk from town centre with all the shops and famous lanes and the the sea is straight down 10 min walk from my place. I have buses at bottom of road and local shops. Train station 10 mins away. There is a famous large park at end of my road with pond and all sorts of birds with tennis court and playground for kids.
Nurseries, School also 10 minutes away. GP surgeries hospital etc.
This is really a very nice place.
I have to move back to London after having been here 10 years, I will miss the sea and the laid back vibe that Brighton offers.

I am open to offers of location in London. but looking for a 2 bedroom house or bungalow with own garden and council.
South east, would prefer Kennington as I used to live there. North london, Camden, some parts of Wood green. Central London Clapham, tooting for example,
As I said I am open to offers of location. Needs to be near tube.
I am not worried about decor.
