St Blazey to Liskeard or Bodmin

I have a 2 bed EOT house in a quiet cul-de-sac in St Blazey. Recently redecorated and new carpets throughout. The house has gas central heating and double glazing. Both bedrooms are double and there is a separate bathroom (with electric shower) and toilet. The kitchen was refitted a year ago. The lounge has door to garden and gas fire. Thereis an archway leading to a dinning area and kitchen.
The back garden is south facing and has a storage shed, patio and lawn. There is a parking area. Close to shops, doctors and public transport etc.
I am looking for a 2 or 3 bed house in Liskeard, Bodmin or possibly Wadebridge to be near my family.

3 way exchange also available. 2 bed house in Newlyn with central heating, parking, big garden and views. Close to the sea, shops etc. Need that 3rd person with a house in Liskeard or Bodmin areas.
