*****some1 plz help need a 3 bed house*****

i live in a 1st floor flat in a block of 9, next to pages park and narrow railway. the flat is only 4 yrs old we have been the only tenants, i have a large living/dining room, 2 bedrooms the double is very large at the moment it is being used as my childrens room so there is 3 of them in there plus toys! they have a double built in wardrobe, and 2 large windows so it is very light in there. the smaller room has a double bed, chest of drawers and a bed side table in there at the moment,could fit a kingsize bed os bunk beds in there. the kitchen is very big lots of cupboard and worktop space. 2 windows and an extractor fan, the bathroom is also a good size. we have to storage cupboards in the hallway, one has a hanging rail and is being used as a wardrobe ,the other is a hot airing cupboard but i am not using it as one but you can turn the heating on in there.we have a large shared garden with 6ft fence and own sheds, there is a bin store and a bike shed both need nuber codes to access, a carpark out front.camera intercom, and a cleaner comes in once a week to clean all the communal area and bin shed. a gardener also comes round all included in the rent.
it is quiet area with a same play park at the end of my road, walking distance to town, shops,schools,pubs,supermarkets also walking distance to the leisue centre and tiddenfoot lake also can walk along the canal.
i am in need of a 3 bedroom house with a garden,close to schools and shops need to all be within walking distance.all areas of bedfordshire considered. please some1 help i love living here but i just need more room and leighton buzzard is such a nice place. please help!!!!!!!
