I have a new 2 bedroom house on clifton moor in york. The house is on a row of 4 mine is an end house with parking for 2 cars. The ground floor consits of a downstairs wc small fully equiped kitchen with built in electric cooker and hob large lounge big enough to have a dining table. the lounge also has large bay windows with french door which open onto a good sized rear fully enclosed garden.On the 1st floor there is a small bathroom and 2 good sized bedrooms the house has laminate floor and new carpets through out.
The property is 2 mins walk from the industral estate where all the shops pub and resuarants are the local school is lakeside primary which is very good .
