Looking to swap one bed (top floor flat with spaceous rooms) with one or two bed house/ flat.

One bed flat near cheltenham spa town centre!!

New bathroom and kitchen fitted, spaceous front room and bedroom, fairly sized kitchen and an average size bathroom. CGH fitted and lovely veiw from both front room windows and bedroom.

Fairly big and tidy communal back garden with washing lines and benches patio and grass. 2 built in cupboards in bedroom ( wardrobe and storage cupboard). Have a fairly big storage shed outside my front door with electrics and a light inside.
All neighbours are easy to get along with.

15 mins walk from the Cheltenham Spa town centre and a bus stop outside which also goes to the town centre. We have a premier and chip shop opposite the flat with a ladbrookes and dry cleaners.

Am preferably looking to swap for another one bed or two bed house/ flat near the coast am wanting a change in lifestyle :)
